Meditative Flow, Tai Chi & Music Fundraiser
Did you know that in Alberta, 51 people A DAY are diagnosed with cancer? Not everyone has family or friends to support them. Where do you turn if you are alone? Wellspring Calgary offers hope, resources and support, so no one has to face cancer alone. Every $150 we raise will provide cancer support and programs to someone for one month!
Participating in this event you will help to raise funds and awareness for Wellspring Calgary and the incredible work they do!
I've been teaching Tai Chi at Wellspring since its beginnings at 2007. I've seen so much gratitude and witnessed so many life changes that I wished more people could experience these programs. My mom died of breast cancer when she was 50; she was isolated and lonely. I see the value in a community where people share their deepest fears and joys in a safe and friendly environment. Wellspring is one of these places. So please support our event to allow more people to access this community.
